One of the issues that keeps coming up in workshops on end of life issues and ritual creation, is the need for some ritual or prayer that can be said at the time we sign our advanced directives and health care proxy forms. These are very real acknowledgements of our own  mortality and are often signed in the lawyers office without ceremony or recognition that is a powerful spiritual moment.

As we noted in our blog post on this, here are examples of different types of prayers/rituals. These documents are PDF files you can download by clicking on the hyperlink.

We invite you to add to this list and send us examples of rituals that speak to new life stages. We will be publishing examples of new rituals on a periodic basis.
