A Time to Talk: A Jewish Community Conversation about Advance Care Planning, November 5, 2015, Fort Worth, TX

Advance Planning continues to be a major issue and the need for Jewish programming is growing. Here is an outline of a conference planned by Cantor Sherri Allen of Congregation Beth Shalom in Arlington, TX.

It is a communal program with sponsorship and support from Ft Worth area synagogues, Federation and hospice agencies.
