About the Guest
Wendy Campbell is the President & CEO of the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter. Prior to joining the chapter, she served for nearly 20 years as Vice President of Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. A native Pennsylvanian, Campbell received her undergraduate degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and her MBA and MPH graduate degrees from Columbia University in New York City.
In July 2002, Campbell successfully led the merger of previously separate Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware chapters into one regional Delaware Valley Chapter, with headquarters in Philadelphia, and Regional Offices in King of Prussia, Newport, DE and Marlton, NJ. The chapter has grown to more than 40 employees from 12 in 2000 as services have increased to address the rapid growth in new Alzheimer’s cases, due to aging Baby Boomers. Campbell has, and continues to serve on numerous boards and committees of not-for profit, mission-driven service organizations throughout the Delaware Valley. She resides in Jeffersonville, Montgomery County, PA
