Sarah Doody is the Founder and President of Engaging Journeys, Inc. Her company was formed for the purpose of providing management services and outsourcing of travel programs for organizations and institutions that place a value on life-long learning and educationally focused programs.
Prior to forming her own company, Sarah was a Director with the Bryn Mawr Alumnae Association for over 13 years, running many if the major initiatives for the Association and the College. While in this role, Sarah took over leadership of the alumnae travel program in 2007. The program has grown significantly under her leadership. Through the growth of the Bryn Mawr Alumnae Travel Program, Sarah built for the College not an extremely productive alumnae engagement and research tool but also a program that generated revenue for the College.
Prior to her time at Bryn Mawr College, Sarah worked in the world of corporate banking where she managed a lending group specializing in mergers, acquisitions and highly leveraged transactions. Sarah’s background as a corporate banker has enabled her to apply the marketing and analysis skills from the business world to the world of affinity travel. Key to the growth of the Bryn Mawr Alumnae Travel program has been the strategic marketing plan which has consistently brought in new travelers while continuing to engage past travelers.
Sarah has traveled to six continents and 58 countries. Sarah holds an AB from Franklin and Marshall College in Sociology and Economics.

South Jersey gerontologist Dr. David Laskin makes a return appearance on Boomer Generation Radio. He has previously appeared on the program April 7, 2015, June 10, 2014, December 3, 2013 and March 26, 2013. You can also visit Dr. Laskin’s Facebook page.
Boomer Generation Radio is sponsored in part by Kendal Corporation, a Quaker-based provider of continuing care retirement communities in the Northeast and Midwest, airs on WWDB-AM 860 every Tuesday at 10 a.m., and features news and conversation aimed at Baby Boomers and the issues facing them as members of what Rabbi Address calls “the club sandwich generation.” You can hear the show live on AM 860, or streamed live from the WWDB website.
