C-TAC Conference, October 9-11: Partnering with Faith Communities to Support Caregivers

Despite the crucial role that caregivers play in providing quality treatment for people living with advanced illness, they are often underserved. This October 9-11, join us for our National Summit on Advanced Illness Care and hear from a panel of experts about the unique ability of faith communities, with their extensive networks and relationships, to provide respite and resources for caregivers.

Rabbi Address is scheduled to speak at this important conference.

C-TAC’s Annual National Summit is the premier event for visionaries, change agents, and policy makers in healthcare who are on the cutting edge of advanced care transformation. Participants will leave with an understanding of the public policy landscape, cross-sector trends, and the most innovative models in advanced illness care, as well as new partners and goals for measuring progress.
