Ellen Pober Rittberg’s just-published humorous self-help book, Why Is Grandma Naked? Caring for Your Aging Parent, is available on Amazon on Kindle and in paperback. In the book, Rittberg walks the reader through the often stressful, sometimes weird, and ultimately life-transforming journey that caregiving is.

An award-winning journalist and former cable television producer and host, her essays and features have appeared in the NY Times, HuffPost, Reader’s Digest, Newsday and other large online platforms. Her first humorous how-to book, 35 Things Your Teen Won’t Tell You, So I Will (Turner Publishing) is also available on Amazon. Her full length book of poetry, He is Walking Wider, will be published by Kelsay Books in June 2021.
