Rabbi Richard B. Simon: Rabbi Richard Simon has been the spiritual leader of Temple Har Zion in Mt. Holly since 1985. He is known for his ability to make Judaism accessible to all and to guide his congregants in their search for the Divine. He is a lifelong student of Kaballah, meditation and various forms of mysticism. Rabbi Simon teaches us how to “renew tradition” and is among the first Jewish Renewal rabbis ordained by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, founder and rebbe of the Jewish Renewal movement. Rabbi Simon currently chairs the Ethics Committee of OHALAH: Association of Rabbis for Jewish Renewal, and is a teacher of spiritual eldering.
