March 4 Boomer Generation Radio focuses on prescription drug interactions and senior sexuality

Michelle Lamas, a senior writer from the website DrugWatch.com, joins Rabbi Richard Address in the first half of this week’s “Boomer Generation Radio” talk show to discuss drug interactions and side effects.

In the second portion of the program, sponsored by Kendal Corporation retirement living, Peggy Brick, a sexuality educator, discusses sexuality and aging.

Michelle Llamas is an experienced writer and researcher, and has written for magazines and public relations companies. She also has the privilege of interviewing experts and consumers as the host of Drugwatch Radio. Peggy BrickMEd, a sexuality educator for over 40 years, is a consultant specializing in sexuality in mid and later life. She founded the Sexuality and Aging Consortium at Widener University and is the past president of its Board of Directors.

She is co-author of Older, Wiser, Sexually Smarter: 30 Sex Ed Lessons for Adults Only (2009) and New Expectations: Sexuality Education for Mid- and Later Life (2003). She is an AASECT-Certified Sexuality Educator who has received numerous awards for her leadership in the field of human sexuality. She has trained thousands of educators and health care professionals across the nation.

Boomer Generation Radio airs on WWDB-AM 860 every Tuesday at 10 a.m., and features news and conversation aimed at Baby Boomers and the issues facing them as members of what Rabbi Address calls “the club sandwich generation.” You can hear the show live on AM 860, or streamed live from the WWDB website.
